7. Subscription and Payment

NutriAI offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

  • Free tier includes basic nutrition tracking features
  • Premium subscriptions provide additional features and benefits
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Current pricing is shown before checkout; changes to an existing subscription follow applicable law and its billing terms

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, NutriAI's nutritional information and AI recommendations are estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That defects will be corrected immediately
  • That the service is free of viruses or harmful components

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nutrition estimates are not medical advice. The following limitations apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law; they do not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for injury caused by our own act or omission:

Mandatory consumer remedies and other non-excludable rights remain available.

You are responsible for your own unlawful use of the service. This section does not shift responsibility for our acts or remove mandatory consumer rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be shown in the application or sent by push notification where you have enabled push. Automated email campaigns are currently disabled.

14. Governing Law

Applicable law and competent courts depend on the service operator and your location. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or your right to seek a legal remedy. We do not require binding arbitration.
